So its the Thursday before the dreaded week of finals and as I'm laying in bed surrounded by text books....a bright idea pops into my head..." I should have a Mother's day brunch on Saturday" Before I could talk myself out of it, I was on the phone inviting my friends and their moms and they all said yes... I was so excited (I love to entertain). Even though I only had one day to prepare, everything turned out great, except for my cake balls (we'll talk about that later)
